1. Coordinates with regional technical and regulatory affairs team for the preparation of registration dossier
• Collect all the required product registration documents
• Prepare compliance report or statement of compliance

3. Organizes and maintains registration records submitted to authority
• Maintain confidentiality of all intellectual and formula property of the company
• Conduct regulatory testing of products and studies to generate support for registration
• Alternate contact for government and regulatory affairs across Saudi, Gulf and Levant
• Monitor, collect and report regional legislative and regulatory issues and trends that will impact SCJ products, policies and procedures. Develop an action plan to address in case of issues like this.

The Position:
To ensure the availability of all CLP systems at agreed performance levels to the user community, especially the front line staff. Validate promotional rules devised by the CLP marketing section and commercial sections of participating airlines by carrying out all the necessary checks before introducing them into the system in the shortest possible time, thus leveraging the database to generate incremental revenue. Manage all the operational tables in the system to keep them up to date at all times. Will be the primary operational contact for the user department (via help desk) and I.T/support departments at all the participating airlines. The jobholder will co-ordinate the day-to-day operations and continuous development and improvement of CLP systems and their documentation.

For the sake of clarity some words/phases have been defined.

CLP Systems : The main CLP system, namely CRIS (Customer Relationship Information System)and CLP functionality within MARS. The CLP department, the 5 call centres and customer affairs departments in all the participating airlines will use CRIS on a daily basis. CRIS will be made available to selected outstanding staff in the near future.

Members : Airline customers who have joined the CLP Program offered by one of the partner airlines and are familiar with the benefits offered by such a program, they are generally the highest revenue generating customers of any airline.

MMDS : Abbreviation for Manager, Member Data & Systems.

Participating airlines : This refers to all the airlines that are participating in the CLP program. They will not have their own program infrastructure and will rely entirely on the infrastructure set-up by Emirates to manage the program.

Partners : These are other airlines with their own frequent flyer/customer loyalty programs, hotels, rent-a-car companies and banks with whom CLP will form strategic alliance for mutual benefit.
